200 ml 30 vol developer (9%)

100 grams charcoal bleaching powder

Ratio is 1 part bleaching powder : 2 parts developer. (example: 1 cup bleaching powder is to 2 cups developer)

THE SET RATIO IS ALREADY 1:2 SO IT IS READY TO MIX❤️
